I know, I know, I talk a lot about the garden lately but we are so proud of it this year. We are about to have more than 100 tomatoes! Too bad I don't like them, huh? Michael better be ready for tomato casserole, tomato soup, fried green tomatoes, tomato quiche and tomato whatever else I can find a good recipe for. Be ready Michael, be ready. I guess I need to find a good salsa recipe, or something.
They are so pretty. Makes me want to eat them. Maybe I can start to like tomatoes this year.
Other than working out in the garden, we have enjoyed some great meals with great friends lately. Ready for more friends and fun this weekend down in Gulf Shores. It has been a month since we were at the beach, which is way too long if you ask me.
